Not Business as Usual

“Not Business as Usual” was a theme for reunion weekend for Tepper School of Business – a weekend packed with events for the school’s alumni. More than 400 alumni attended the events to catch up and network. As a visual design intern at Tepper’s marketing team, I was responsible for designing the event's visual identity. 

The badge was designed as the primary visual identity for the reunion event. It successfully achieved the goal of conveying the fun and bold theme, “Not Business as Usual.” The badge was easily scaled to a variety of platforms ranging from print to digital. I created the identity guidelines as the final deliverable.

Throughout the project, I explored several concepts on a spectrum and worked closely with my manager to develop the concept proposals to the directors at the alumni relations.
